USAF could easily establish both air superiority and air dominance over Ukraine. Those AA systems would be the first to disappear. US has stealth aircraft, networked, with standoff weapons to boot.

Ukraine is helped in preventing Russian air dominance by USAF ISAR support - which is appropriate given that Ukraine is on the side of freedom.
